Q1: How can I check or keep track of my points?
When you arrive at the salon, please check in with your phone number. Your current points will appear on the screen and also print on your receipt.
• All points are stored under your phone number (your account).
• Please make sure to always use the same phone number when you check in.
• ⚠️ Your phone number must be able to receive SMS text messages so we can send you bonus points, promotions, updates, or appointment reminders.
• If you lose access to your phone number, your points cannot be recovered.
Q2: How can I redeem my points?
Q3: Do I earn or redeem points when buying gift cards or supplies?
Q4: What is the maximum amount of points I can redeem at once?
Redemption is based on services. Each service allows a maximum of 800 points = $7 OFF.
Example: If you get 2 services in one visit, you may redeem up to 1,600 points ($14 OFF).
Q5: Do points ever expire?
No, your points will never expire as long as your phone number stays active in our system.
Q6: Can I transfer my points to someone else?
No. Points are tied to your account only and cannot be transferred.
Q7: How can I earn bonus points?
You can earn bonus points for:
• Checking in at the salon (1 bonus point each visit)
• Leaving us a positive review
• Liking or sharing our Facebook posts
• Celebrating your birthday with us 🎉
👉 To receive bonus points, please show us proof during your next visit (such as your review or share).

Q8: Can I redeem points if I’m paying for someone else’s service?
Yes, but redemption applies only under your account. For example, if you pay for a friend’s service, you can use your points, but it’s still limited to 800 points ($7 OFF) per service.
Q9: What about my old stamp cards? Will I lose them?
No, your old stamp cards are still valid! Simply bring them with you, and each stamp card will be converted to 160 points. We will add them to your account under your phone number.
